This new program for EMCMHC but has been operating in Custer County for a little over a year now. The CTC is a coalition designed to engage the whole community in the prevention effort to give our youth positive, substance-free choices for a safer, healthier future. The mission of CTC is to promote the healthy development of young people through high-quality, science-based programs that are proven to make an impact. Our coalition in Custer County has adopted the name Miles Above 4 Youth to demonstrate that we care about our youth and want them to thrive and make healthy and safe choices. Miles Above 4 Youth invites everyone to join and be active members of our coalition, to ask the questions and work toward a common goal for the greater good of our community. We welcome any and all input and will work hard to come together to achieve our goals as a whole.
